To whom it may concern,
Please accept this letter as a recommendation for Cynthia Naughton.
I have known Cynthia for more than ten years. In that time, I have known her as an employer, colleague, but mostly as a dear friend.
First, I would like to address her talent and attention to detail. I have marveled at her work repeatedly, but so have many others. She is a thorough researcher and student of history and brings that knowledge to everything that I’ve seen her work on. In my role as the producer/director of films that she has worked on, I have worked alongside and consulted with Cynthia many times. Very honestly, she has exceeded my expectations repeatedly. I may know what I want, but I’m still stunned at the professionalism and expertise that Cynthia brings to the job. I can say much more about this or provide more specifics if it would help any decision that you need to make, but suffice to say I wholeheartedly recommend her work and her work ethic.
On a personal level, Cynthia has been a wonderful and dear friend and has a contagious and kind disposition that makes her a joy to be around. I’m grateful for her sense of humor and joy. It has on several occasions been a help and encouragement to me and I know many others on our film sets as well.
Lastly, I want Cynthia on my film sets and involved in my projects because she puts her whole heart into her work. She has passion and life and it’s obvious. She is not simply a “go through the motions” person. I appreciate that and I relate to that more than she is aware, because on so many levels, that is how I feel and most of all it is what inspires others to produce the same.

Cynthia did a phenomenal job with my hair and makeup for a vow renewal photoshoot. Her communication was excellent and very thorough. She did a fantastic job of taking my ideas and turning them into a drop dead gorgeous look. She made sure I was totally prepared with a makeup "emergency kit," although I didn't even have to touch it because my makeup looked just as flawless six hours into the day as it did when she first applied it! Cynthia was great to work with. She does not hesitate to halt photos to make sure everyone in the wedding party was looking their best. She goes out of her way to pamper her customers and make them look as beautiful as possible.
